Roland

Coelho

CEO

Roland has over 20 years of experience in the small satellite industry. He was part of the founding team for the CubeSat Standard at Cal Poly in 2000 and has launched >225 satellites to date.  Prior to Maverick, Roland co-founded a successful small satellite company which grew from the original 5 co-founders to 100+ employees around the world.

Vidur

COO

Vidur has over 15 years of experience in the small satellite industry. He led the development and integration activities for the Naval Postgraduate School CubeSat Launcher (NPSCuL) on the Atlas Aft Bulkhead Carrier (ABC). Vidur has also managed requirements and hardware development on campaigns ranging from the MarCO mission to Vulcan ABC.

Austin Kruggel

CTO

Austin has over 15 years of experience in leading technical roles and mission management.  He was the chief designer of several complex electromechanical devices and deployment systems for small spacecraft.  Austin was also the lead mechanical engineer for actuators and mechanisms on the Predator UAV.
